Bing and Custom maps doesnt show on new user acccount

Hello,

I added the Bing maps API key one Google Map as a Custom map and everything works fine with my admin account from which I have added the maps but when I register a new user I can not see Custom or Bing maps on the map chooser .

Can I setup Bing maps and Custom map to be shown for all users, new ones and existing?

Add the API in the server settings instead of Admin account

The custom map is working but Bing doesnt work.
