Tracking Device from Sino Castel

I acquired an IDD-213N from Sino Castel and it puts this in the logs:

Is there any way to get this device to work with traccar? I have contacted the company and they were aware of an inquiry from you about their devices but they did not respond to you. What is needed to get them working with your platform? The manufacturer is interested in working with this.

I should have provided that the device id is 553135 as seen from a hex converter, but the other stuff seems to be the issue with the protocol.

I just realized that you are using incorrect port for your device. Why 5055? It's only for Traccar Client. Correct port for Castel devices is 5086.
