I see the following error in Traccar Server log

You should check both, but looking at your log, I can already see that there is some problem with the database. It doesn't match Traccar server version.

OK solved the errors in the logs (new db) but still cant sign in via phone app, no errors in logs
Does the app use the same ports as a browser? maybe I have a port issue?

Yes, it does use the same port. What URL are you using?
That's not official Traccar version. You can't use Traccar Manager with it.
