Which phone number use for sms ?

Hello, dear support..!

if I put the phone in the user account then all SMS go to the admin phone for all devices even all devices have their own phone and if i just put the phone value in the only device form then SMS does not work...!

what did I need to do for sending the SMS to device form phone number value?

You should probably explain what features you're asking about. User phone number is for notifications. Device phone number is for commands.

Thanks, you have already cleared my mind about it now I understand all notifications go to the User phone number and the Device phone number is only used for commands

and we need to put the tracker sim number in the device phone value.
