TR130 same model as GT100 by concox.
Traccar doesn't use port 8841. You need to try ports from the following page:

yes i have tried all the port which u provide. unfortunately still gprs link down. i taught all device is only one specific port to send it out. that original server for domestic china only. if connect from oversea, it block. so i would like to use traccar. it still can use sms to get location but not convinient. pls help.
Are you sure everything else is correct? IP address and APN...
i think the same problem i'm getting with the device GM06NW from goome (china). device goes offline very often. using port 10400
i have TR130 from china. i changed apn and demo server of traccar but status is gprs link down. i tried few different carriers but same gprs link down.
original setting of server is Server:1,et130.tuqianggps.com,8841,0; so port is 8841 for traccar server, isnt it? but try all port which for china device still same.
gprs link down mean not connect to internet nor connect to server of traccar?
