Yes it always shows between 0.1 and 1.2 km/h even when it is charging or it is in the car and the car is stationary for a long time
That's probably expected. GPS position fluctuates, especially when signal is not great.
One solution is to increase speed threshold.
It also does it when it is outside and there it should have enough satellites.

I use the Traccar Client on a Samsung Tablet and it works just fine except that it always shows that it is moving. even when it's just lying in the window at home where I charge it. It never stops.
Is there a problem others also have ???
