Gt06n Cannot connect

Ok, so i have started traccar server on win server 2019, logs are fine no error and i can open webpage and add devices
(previously it says port conflict so i deleted all ports except 5023 for gt06 on default.xml)

I'm using ddns on huawei modem, let's just call them test.ddns.com
I forward them like this
: external port number : 5023 to 5023
internal port number : 8082 to 8082
forwarded to my winserver2019 ip
I can access test.ddns.com:5023 on my phone browser (external connection)and it redirects to my traccar webserver login page.
port checker also says test.ddns.com:5023 is open

I have sent text message to the gps number

SERVER,1,www.test.ddns.com,5023,0#

But 2 gt06n's keeps reporting offline.
I can't follow troubleshooting guide since it doesnt send anything to my server.
The exact same device works fine on ruhavik.

Any idea what am i missing?

test.ddns.com:5023 is this what you enter to access your server externally? It should be test.ddns.com:8082. 5023 is the port for the tracker to comunicate to the server.

So i should change the default web port of traccar to 5023? My sequence is currently like this :

Public ip address:5023 > traccar port 8082

Or you mean all 8082 like this?

You have to open both 8082 and 5023 and did you set it up so that pc connects to the same ip always?

yes as you can see, the internal host is already set.
I also test this with ST901 but i cant seem to get it connected.
on sinotrack website it works fine
I set the external port number to 5013
add <entry key='ST901.port'>5013</entry> to default.xml
Change external port number to 5013 from 5023 in modem port forward settings.
sms the number in St901 to use my ddns address.
But the device is still offline...
any ideas?

I must be blind because I don't see the config parameter that you used on that page.

8040000 [ServerIP] 5013 (Set GPS Server to [ServerIP], Use port 5013)

I was assuming this is the port for st901 since he got it to work..

I'm asking where you got this config parameter:

I just modify it based on other config entry.. if its not correct then could you point me to the right one?

The whole thread makes no sense to me. Why do you want to change any ports?
