Have you checked the database? Duplicate entry means your devices are already registered on the server.

Unfortunately we don't provide support for demo servers. You can try another demo server.
Hi @Anton, it's happening to me too. Last Friday everything was working fine. Today I can enter at the demo server, but no device is shown. When I try to register again the devices, it returns a "Duplicate Key" error. So the devices still remain on the DB but the client seems to have an issue.
If it's useful for you, here's the error:
Duplicate entry 'NAME_OF_MY_DEVICE' for key 'uniqueid' - SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException (... < QueryBuilder:460 < DatabaseStorage:57 < DataManager:263 < ...)
I have tried the modern and the classic theme with the same result. Also an iOS app called "GPS Pro" that uses traccar API. It's the same issue on every platform.

I just attached an image where you can view the demo server url, the error, and the devices window empty.

But the current devices are already configured to use this server (demo.traccar.org). How can we delete our existing devices in the server to be able to create new devices with the same Ids? Even deleting the account and creating again is feasibly to solve it. Thanks.

I have the same problem on my private server (raspberry pi). the device save data to the database, but is not displayed in "the manager" on webside ( I have two devices, one is displayed and the other is not, and when I try to add them, I have info "Duplicate entry 'NAME_OF_MY_DEVICE' for key 'uniqueid'.......)
It means that the device already exists, so you need to link it to your user instead of creating a new one.
