Does any of you know if the always free Oracle 4 CPU ARM 24gb can be used to run traccar application and if so, how many devices can we run under this machine?

In terms of backup or redundancy, what would you guys recommend when running the application in the cloud? for example, if one machine is down, how to run automatically in another instance,

In terms of scalability, what would you recommend? Cloud providers and which instances?

what I use in digital ocean, a float ip that will Never disappear from internet add a balancer to the solution, then
use two or more vps for traccar. one database mysql one web interface and walaaaaa

usually it consumes more Cpu or ram?

I've deployed it using the below setup 4CPU arm + 24gb mem, I can scale more proc and mem if needed, but I hope this can support
