Wanway GS10 port needed

Hello community, I need to add a new GS10 model wanway device, but none of the clone ports work, I have tried many more and I can't find a solution.

I think that.., it is the unknown device, according to the provider it is on the correct port 5023 protocol gt06, but it cannot connect

Unknown device is OsmAnd protocol, so it's clearly unrelated to your device.

i don't receive nothing in hex message Anton, is a specific model of tk311, however a model works well, normally i identify this in the comand CXZT in message text.. examplee: This model works well in port 5013 ->

maybe I need to update the software to the gps device?

Your device is simply not sending any data to the server, so it has nothing to do with the port. You need to figure out the device issue first.

the device works normally when connected to the wanway platform

or maybe the problem is that I can't identify the hex in the log.. I followed the detailed guide, configure the device in port 5001. I wait 15 seconds after it answers "IP SET OK" I enter the console and navigate a bit in the log but I don't get the message.
