Incorrect datetime value-4g Watch Issue

Hi i Have Smart Watch Which Working On traccar Watch Protocol When We Connect we get the data from watch But Time stamp And Lat Long Can Not Get

That means your device is not reporting any location.

when we point the vendor server and when we send position request from sms then it send me correctly but in traccar not working

You should send CR command to the device as custom command from traccar to get the GPS coordinates.

From traccar DEVICES window click on the device and the click on COMMAND from Devices window. Then Choose NEW, Custom command and in the Data field fill in: CR

Then sent it to the device.
Also set the device date and time correctly.

@track-trace can you write the command what i have to send to the device

and why it not send the data without the sending command can we have any option to work the device like same 2g varient work
