can't start service

I have done according to the documentation, "sudo systemctl start traccar" but the ip address still cannot be accessed, please help me, Thank you

You haven't really provided enough information to be able to help you. Where's the information about the troubleshooting you've done so far? What's in the logs, both Traccar and system? Is the service running? Are ports open? etc etc etc

If you really want to help, you should provide all possible information. So far I don't see anything.
