Traccar client and Traccar monitor/manager in single app (For android)
There is no plan to combine two apps. I don't see much benefit from having two separate apps.
As for markers on map, this feature is in a backlog, so it will be implemented eventually.

still now only working app for tracking vehicle and easy one in traccar, but now we need 2 seperate apps to install to track and monitor, better can you release seperate another app with combined both ?
Other feature is, adding "mark the location with flag or some small icon with small title", eg: we're moving in 2 or more car means, i create a flag in the coffeee shop and title as "Coffee shop, join me here", so other car members will reach the coffee shop too. it may useful for tracking friends inside city too.
