Computer resources required

Hello. If we want to use this program for about a hundred devices, what is the proposed system and required hardware such as CPU and RAM?

It depends on the message volume, not number of devices.

Each message is usually between 100 and 120 bytes long, and each device sends it in 7 to 15 seconds.

I would probably recommend a 4GB memory at least.
