TK105 aka LK209D help

Hello friends!
I buyed a TK105/LK209D tracker. i try to connect to traccar server and the tracker connect to server except i do not get gps coordinates
i use 5013 protocol.
i receive hex:

Your device is sending zero coordinates.

i see that but when i ask by sms the device send the corect location, and i can not understand why

Most likely because it doesn't have a GPS fix. Are you testing it outdoors?

yes. tracker is outside on clear sky from more than 2 hours.

Then it's probably some device firmware issue. I would recommend contacting your device vendor.
