Xirgo FM500 ONE protocol

Hi,
I am stuck with xirgo fm500 one I couldn't get it online, i tried 5080 and 5081 ports both respectively for BCE and Xirgo but nothing happens, in the log file i get :

any one can help me??

Do you have protocol documentation? Not sure why it reports a single byte only.

You should be able to get it from your device vendor.
