Can't get all information from device that use watch protocol

I can't get all the data from the device.
How can I solve this problem

You better paste the log as hex code, so that it can easily be translated.

It should receive like this: :

But when I decode the HEX code, the output like this:

This doesn't look like a server issue to me. Is there a reason you posted it in the server forum?

I thought this problem was with the server issue.
Under what item it is categorized?
and How I can solve this issue?

Do you actually have issues with the device itself within Traccar ?

Looking at your log it indeed misses a part of the hex. And what you have in your log indeed seems like actual watch protocol data.

So, you only have one device to test ? Or get same issue with other device with Watch protocol ?

Meaby its not easy for you, but you could monitor the incoming port on your server and actually see the whole message that the device is sending. To rule out the cause where the problem is.

Your text editor cut some of the HEX lines in the log, so they are not complete.

Yeah, it seemed strange to me also, thus he should not have any isseus within traccar server because of this either.
