I answer myself
GPS starts sending the location when the car is turned on (ACC ON)

with the command password fox030s030m***+password

the tracker sends its position every 30 seconds while the car is on and when off every 30 minutes.

doubt that sends commands the server is traccar I also use the tcp 5001 port?

I don't really understand the question. Please explain what you mean.

gpstraker connection is ip aaa.aaa.aaa to server ip bbb.bbb.bbb 5001 but the connection the server ip bbb.bbb.bbb against gpstraker ip aaa.aaa.aaa:5001 this is so?

which uses the GPS port to receive commands?

Server doesn't connect to the device. There is in fact a port assigned to a TCP connection from device side, but it's random and server doesn't have to know it.
