Thank you. I have registered an account with you on your shared server. I have configured the device for port 5015. It is still showing as offline.
I have turned off our firewall, I’ve also tried all the different ports for chinese clones, I’ve followed troubleshooting but I think I cant check logs when I’m using your shared server?
What shared server are you using?

Looks like standard Huabao protocol to me, so it should be supported. Do you have logs? Have you already completed troubleshooting guide?
