Move local traccar to Synology
Unfortunately I don't have a Synology, so I don't know much about it. I think it's better to contact author of Traccar package for Synology. Alternatively you can try to install "other" package.

Now it's working properly on my local machine I want to transfer it all to my synology server. Since i'm not able to install the synology version because I can't find some parts of it, I want to transfer the local files to the webserver.
What are the steps to take?
