Traccar uses ports 5xxx for communicating with GPS devices. And the page list specific ports that you should try.

Im using a TK218 and from the Chinese clones documentation , you stated that we should try the following ports ; 5001 ... 5093
im confused with which port you are referring to;
Do you mean the port i set via SMS in the GPRS configuration where my server is hosted on ? example http://[ipaddress]:<8082>
do you mean i change the port from 8082 to one of the following ports that you have specified for the Chinese clones .
Or is there a specific port that you are referring to?
