Where's the data from your device? I don't see anything on port 5015. It doesn't seem like you are very interested in getting help.

i am, very much so, but that’s all that’s on the log , but when i request status or report, it shows results but nothing on live location. it shows when the vehicle is connected

Have you followed troubleshooting guide? If you don't see any HEX from your device in the log, it means that server is not receiving anything from your device. It means that looking at the map or reports make no sense at all.
