I had a device sending locations to the second demo server but few days ago that server went down and since then new locations didn't appear. I decided to move the device to the main demo server so I deleted the device in demo2 server. The problem is that whenever I try to create the device in the demo server an error window emerges stating that "Duplicate entry 'XXXXXXXX' for key 'uniqueId' ". Do I have to wait for the database to purge?
Adding the device back to the demo2 server is ok but no locations are shown although the device is working properly (checked by sending sms commands).

Duplicate entry means that for some reason your device hasn't been removed. I can double-check if you tell me unique id.
Yes, the unique id is 016023235036
Your device is already in the database and linked to the "fa***ex@yahoo.es" account.
