Google: 4g gps tracker
Any sim should work with gps trackers. You just need to change the APN of the device if it doesnt work directly.
If you want to make it work with traccar, then first check for supported devices / protocols.

Been looking and trying to find one - I think I'm going to try the G30 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TGPY1J6) - based on my conversation with them it uses the gt06 protocol - we'll see how it goes.
Hi Vexter Im testing a PT60 device from iStartek which appear to be working fine. If you want to install on a trailer this might be a solution.

Thanks Pete - I'll take a peek at it if the G30 doesn't work out - appreciate the response! Out of curiosity what protocol does it use?
I wanted to report back - the G30 worked fine with the Twilio sim and does indeed use the GT6 protocol - tracking like a champ so far. Hope this helps someone else!
I'm trying to find a hard wired or battery device that I can put on a trailer. I need something that would work with the Twilio Super sim (https://www.twilio.com/iot/supersim) - can anyone suggest one?
