Has anyone been running traccar server on heroku

Hello all,i ave a heroku account and i wanted to run traccar server from. Is this currently possible and is someone doing it?.

Does Heroku provide VPS servers?

They have various runtimes for languages such as java,python,node js,meteor.etc

They also offer database support such as mysql. You however require a buildpack to get an app running.

I pay $30 a month for my app and they say I could also run background services using a dyno.

The pricing is great and I would prefer heroku to digital ocean.

In a way,you make think heroku as managed vps but you would have a hard time proving that.

I did some investigation and it seems like Heroku doesn't support generic TCP and UDP ports.
