Database Changes
It has been discussed multiple times. Traccar has internal cache that won't be updated unless you use API or restart the service.

Hi Anton,
I made a change directly to the Database, (I increased a user's expirationTime) but that change has not taken effect yet! I know that the clean way would be to do it by api, but I would like to know why it didn't work! Could you explain me?
