I am looking forward for a way to integrate a support system with tickets into Traccar.
At best the user would have direct access to the tickets using the Traccar web interface, or at least share the logins with Traccar.
It would be also great if the user would have the option to select a specific tracker he has a problem with.
Is there an option to do something like this?

Source code is open, so you should able to integrate anything you want.
If the question is whether we have any plugin system, then the answer is no.
