Alert by proximity on devices assets

I would like to know if someone could schedule a Computer attribute, to have an alert for proximity between devices.

Example 1
If I have a device A, I would like to know when this is near or very close to Device B.

Example 2.
If I have a geocerca (x), I would like to know when a device is approaching, before entering it.

It's not possible with computed attributes.

You have to implement it in the code.
