TK106a Device (or i think it is)

I have got some Chinese tracking devices seem ok build etc, already have 20+ devices running carscor and they work great and traccar just trundels along without any problems
but u can not get this to work, attached below is the log they are the devices on port 5001 and 5016

I see the IME 355488020114214 in message [5001 <- 118.149.128.238] - HEX: 78780d0103554880201142140021ad8c0d0a

but i need some help on what it is ?

I dont really speak HEX but i have just seen something

or 7878d010 then 355488020114214 (thats my imei) then 0021ad8c0d0a Humm dont know what that it ?

gave me everything i needed and it works now

so beware i guess the box said "TK106a" but it was a GT06
