I use traccar server 3.5 now but I had this issue with 3.3 and 3.4 too, and it occurs only when I'm behind our proxy:
When I select a device the map doesn't move to it, and when I move manually I don't see any mark either. I only see something when I select a device and a time to track in the lower report part.
What should I say to our IT technicians to do on the proxy to make this work?

they told me to try on http://www.websocket.org/echo.html and there I got a success information when testing websocket, so it should be another problem, don't you think?
How did you test it using mentioned website? And what information did you get?
