frozen location
Most likely device doesn't report location, so Traccar re-uses last known location. But you should check logs.
I've had a similar problem, due to two errors. 1 - the device's installation location in the vehicle overheated and caused failure (look for a more ventilated location), 2 - defect in the device itself that was stuck in the same position (if a restore command does not resolve, replace the device).
Já tive problema parecido, devido a dois erros. 1 - o local de instalação do dispositivo no veiculo superaquecia e causava falha (procure local mas ventilado) , 2 - defeito no próprio dispositivo que ficava travado na mesma posição (se um comando de restaurar não resolver, troque o aparelho).
