missed a trip report

Traccar's server had logged a trip, but after hours when I came back to check the trip report, the report was gone, can someone explain what happened?

Traccar doesn't log trips. Are you saying same report returned different results? There must be some data changes or config changes.

I have two device connected, they both had trips, on the first check the two trip reports were there, after hours one trip report was gone, but the other was still there.

Are you referring to device or server configuration.

I'm talking about reports configuration.
