how to connect my location updating smart phone app and traccar server to live track the smart phone

I have used fused location provider in my app and i want to send the location information to traccar server as the traccar client app do. The app fetches live location information and displays for the user and those information are required to be shown on traccar web interface any one please!? can't find that much online resources on how to....

what if i want to send an average and maximum speed information?

You can add any additional attributes to the request.
