Web and Traccar notifications at the same time

After quite some time spent trying to get this sorted, I reached the conclusion that the problem was with the Windows server. No clue why it was performing that way but I installed it fresh on Ubuntu, moved database and config file from Windows machine and now everything works as it should. With both Web and Traccar notifications selected, both are working just fine.
So to test my theory, I went back to my Windows machine and installed a freshly downloaded copy of traccar server, fresh database but kept the old config and still the exact same issue - if I select both Web and Traccar notifications, only Web works. If I remove Web notifications and leave only Traccar, push notifications work again.
Bugs me a little that I have no clue what's causing this but happy it's working as it should now.
I'm trying to get notifications to work and they do .. sort of.
If I set only Traccar notifications, I get push notifications without a problem. If I set Traccar and Web notifications, only Web show up, no push notifications are sent (not even test notification works). Is this designed behaviour or am I doing something wrong? I would like to have both working at the same time if possible.
Using Traccar 4.10 on Win 10 64 bit if that helps.
