Hi there,
I've looked up this information a number of times on the internet, usually about 6-9 months after the previous time I looked it up. So I'm posting the information on this forum both for me, and to help you. :-)
Here's what I know about the Sinotrack ST-90x devices...
You can find help info here:
http://notadmin.com/gps-tracker-sinotrack-st-901/
My standard config looks like this:
8030000 [APN] (where APN is provided by your cellular carrier. For instance, with Speedtalk, it's often "mobilenet")
7100000 (enables GPRS)
8960000W05 (Sets my timezone to eastern)
18100005 (Set shock sensor to 5 seconds)
8040000 [ServerIP] 5013 (Set GPS Server to [ServerIP], Use port 5013)
8050000 120 (Set active interval to 120 seconds between reports to server. Valid values are 5-1800)
8090000 600 (Set standby interval to 600 seconds when vehicle is off. Valid values are 5-1800)
8890000 (Disable Orange Wire Alarm. Use 8880000 to enable)
777712340000 (Set new password from 0000 to 1234)
RESTART to apply settings
RCONF to get the ID
Obviously, I've made changes to the above to generalize it. You have to text each command to it and wait for OK to come back.
Thanks for this - very useful.
I haven't quite got my SinoTrack ST-903 connected.
What ID do you use IMEI or the ID the device returns from a RCONF?
Confirmation - it uses the device ID.
Hi How does the st-901 send data to server? How do i fetch data? can this be fetch using $_POST?
