Rope cut alarm is missing

I have realized that there is no alarm for when the rope is cut on the JT600 protocol evn though its available,
Can this be implemented?

Yes, I realized its not in the JT600 implementation, so yes please add this feature.

Hi Anton, I have submitted a pull request, I realized I couldn't merge the Jt701 in the Jt600 implementation so I made it separate, tried to follow the conversions etc. Please check, Thanks.
