Cj720 goes offline when I send the blocking command

traccar uses port 5013 and manufaturer port 7001 tq protocol

I'm testing the CJ720 / 730 when sending the blocking command it goes offline and returns to the online status in 2s having to send the command again to block but there are times when it gets to be offline for 4 minutes.
I also tested in version 4.10 and the same problem occurs.
I have the protocol documentation. Can someone help me?
