my iOS client is not sending location update on installed server, kindly guide

my URL on Client is http:// 192.168.10.1:5055 secondly both client and server are connected with same LAN (broadband wifi) thirdly i have also done port forwarding in Router Setting and opened port 5055 (plus 8082 just in case). i think the repositories are not installed on the PC properly as when i use this command in Command Prompt (git clone --recursive https://github.com/traccar/traccar.git) it says 'git' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Kindly guide me through.

I'm confused. Have you installed the server from an installer package? In that case how is it related to the repo?

yes from installer package

in simple words my iOS client is not sending data to traccar web interface through installed server,,,, where as it is working fine with demo server.

Steps i have followed
1- installed windows server from traccar
2- downloaded traccar iOS client
3- entered my public IP in URL syntax with :5055
4- done port forwording from the router and opened port :5055
still device is coming offline on traccar web interface and in status bar of iOS client (send fail is coming)

I'm assuming you've followed troubleshooting guides before asking for help. Please provide the results of the troubleshooting.

I think you missed the second part of my message. Please provide step by step what you did for troubleshooting and what results you've got.
