when restart my server ubuntu 20 problem traccar reinstall

i have problem with traccar auto-restart , when i do restart my server traccar dosn't work again unless reinstall it again time , what it's problem ,
note : ubuntu v 20

The problem is that I need to reinstall the project in every update of the server, I want it not affected by the update and to work automatically

Why would you need to reinstall it?

Because it goes with restarting the server

Then there's probably some issue with your OS. Traccar doesn't remove itself.
