Reverse Geocoding : show address from a connected device on the network

I want to reverse geocode my spot from a locally connected PC which is not the one on which the server runs. When i do i get the error : 

 Connection refused (Connection refused) - ConnectException (... < JsonGeocoder:114 < ServerResource:61 < ...)
