Running vehicle moves underground

We have status.ignoreOffline for Teltonika in our config. Can you pl guide how we can avoid this scenario
So when I checked the log today, the position is getting filtered as device is sending invalid gps coordinates in the packet when there is no gps signal. The new packet with status change is avoided. What to do in this case
May be it'll be better to change teltonika config. It can do nothing without GPS.

When a running vehicle moves underground, it stops receiving GPS coordinates or any other info. However since the data network is connected is keeps updating the time with last status as moving, speed as the las speed and ignition status as yes.
How to resolve this.
