I tested it and it looks like everything works.
It also turned out that previously (with MaxError = 0) coordinate.filter did not work. Moreover, it turned out that when Teltonika lost its GPS it sends the last good location (not 0.0) so I thought it was working.
I will keep testing.
Zero is not a valid value, I think. You can try "1" or some other small value instead.
