Are there someone who have built a tracker with an ESP32, a sim-module and GPS-module?
As there is already a data connection to the car, I'd like to be able to get and send other data, like car battery voltage, to turn on heater and cut ignition.
Or does any "cheap" chinese tracker have a serial i/o I could attach my own ESP32 to?

Google Freematics and look at their devices. You will find the Arduino sample code and some other info. All Freematics devices are using ESP32.
