GT303-T Topin Devices -Trying to establish port

Good day Anton

Please kindly help in establishing the port to use with GT303-T Topin Devices

After reading through the forum i found ports 5023, 8002 and tried connecting but nothing works and no messages on the server altogether.

I have provided documentantion of protocol from supplier below

You should use Topin port (5199).
