All options greyed out in modern interface

After upgrading to the latest version, featuring the modern webinterface, all options except "Map" and "Routes" are greyed out.

This screenshot has been made with an admin account logged in.

I did a fresh install and I'm having the exact same issue.

All those features are not implemented yet. It's a preview.
