You may need to "generate" or get the device to create a log and analyse that and see what it is actually sending.

Now I use FMB001, I send command getvin and it returns correctly .. but why it does not send to traccar? .. I already configured OBD II -> VIN priority to High and Monitoring

Don,

I think your (only) next stop is to generate a log using android (easier than usb cable) for about 10 mins and then look thru the log - it is quite readable. I posted the instructions in an earlier post on the thread.

That should tell you what your device is actually generating in terms of data.
