Only works once. After reboot no longer works.
You should probably start by checking logs because without it we can only guess.

Tried 3 times, 3 different systems. Windows 10, Linux (Mint), Raspian on a Pi3b+
Every time, after install, add a device, it works great. After rebooting, I either get connection refused (localhost) or the spinning circle logo. What am I missing here.
