Sending Command using Server -- Special Character

Dear team,

i am trying to send following given command to server but not working as per expectation..

"type": "custom",
        
        "attributes": {

        "data": "#set$170217656@aquila123#SET_DO1:0*"
}

Note : Command

"#set$170217656@aquila123#SET_DO1:0*"

it is not working.. is there any special character issue ?
kindly suggest me proper format ..
