We are currently testing Traccar with the intent of using it in our production environment, either as a saas or self-hosted. We have run into a question regarding the "notification bar" on the left side of the administration panel, which we would like to enquire about.
We have noticed that if 1 individual is logged in and they get a notification, it will appear in the notification bar, but if a second user log in a 1-2 seconds later, the notification will not appear in the notifications bar. The notification can of course still be found in the "reports" area.
we were wondering if there is a feature allowing to let the last 10 or so notifications linger for let's say 1 hour, it could be in the lower part of the notification but as a separate (last ten notifications)
We will be setting up alarms via SMS and Email but would like to make sure to be fully covered by not having people overlook notifications in the dashboard. The users will not be completely IT illiterate but it is one of those better safe than sorry situations.
We are also wondering if it is possible to have the system send a WebHook/MQTT/IFTTT event on an alarm :) (this would allow us to do third party integration?
And if it is possible in the interface to change the alarm sound :)

Currently there is no such feature.

There is a forwarding functionality. Read documentation.
And if it is possible in the interface to change the alarm sound
Just replace the sound file in the "web" folder.
Like a ninja, quick, and swift response!
Would alarm sound change also be possible if we rent the service instead of hosting ourself?
If you are talking about our subscriptions, it will be possible with the server option, but not with account.
