Database Table Error

I'm using Traccar server from last 1 year but last couple of days suddenly i'm getting following error:

What's the solution for it?

Why would it look for td table? Sounds like you have some customization that you forgot to mention.

customization done by you. I asked to you and you did this.
Data need to send a URL and you added forwarded URL with query string. Nothing else.

Application running on Windows server.

Most issue i'm facing that some time device stop and it does not come online even data getting the server. It's happened randomly.
sometime happen new device could not come online?

Please help for this.

Uninstalled the application and installed latest version again. Now above issue has been resolved. Now i'm facing following issues:

Two issues are coming one forcibly closed and another readerIndex(8). What is the solution?

Look like device issues to me.
